Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the game 'RogueDefence' and related services (the 'Service') provided by To be confirmed (the 'Company'), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Posting and Changes)

Article 4 (Account)

Article 9 (Prohibited Conduct)

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as force majeure or failures of telecom carriers or app markets.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by the user's own fault (lost device, unlinked account, prohibited conduct, etc.).
The Company is not liable for services or rewards provided free of charge unless otherwise required by law, except in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Republic of Korea

If you are a consumer in the EEA, these Terms do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Art. 6(2)), and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of domicile (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Art. 18(1)).
Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9). For digital content that is supplied immediately, you lose this right once supply has begun if you gave your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you (Art. 16(m)).
